Common questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers give us a door code or lockbox. You just need to make sure the entry method works on the day of your cleaning.
Should I book a standard or deep clean?
If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the last 3 months, start with a deep clean. After that, recurring standard cleans keep it at that level for less.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a cleaner back to fix it at no charge.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free with at least 24 hours' notice. Less than 24 hours' notice is a $50 fee, and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the price.
How do I pay?
You pay after each cleaning, by card or Zelle. Texas sales tax (8.25%) is added to every visit. Tips are optional and go 100% to your cleaner.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Let us know about pets ahead of time. Homes with heavy shedding may need the heavy pet hair add-on.
